I’m Alicia — a writer, creator, and professional truth-teller who took a little detour in life. Once upon a time, I was a real estate agent, navigating a world that taught me more about corruption and control than contracts and commissions. Let’s just say… the industry showed it's true colors.

 

So what happens when a strong-willed woman with too many opinions and a low tolerance for bullshit leaves real estate? Apparently, she ends up wiping butts for a living ( It's literally the nature of the job so I'm not sorry to say it.)

 

Yep, life threw me a plot twist — straight from negotiating contracts to helping the elderly in long-term care. And while this isn’t my forever destination, it’s part of my story. The messy middle. The real, raw, soul-stretching stuff that builds character (and a thick skin).

 

Hot Mess and Relentless isn’t just a title — it’s a mood... and a reminder that life doesn’t have to look perfect to be powerful.

 

Here, I talk about two very different broken systems in our country— from real estate to long-term care — and the people stuck in the middle trying to survive them. I’m not afraid to call things what they are, laugh at the chaos, and tell the truth most people are too scared to say out loud.

But this space isn’t limited to real estate or healthcare — oh no, we’re going everywhere. From faith to failure, motherhood to money, politics to personal growth — nothing’s off the table. If it’s real, raw, or ridiculous, I’m talking about it. Because life isn’t one-dimensional, and neither am I.
